If they were useless it would be an improvement. See on here waxacar keep saying leave a review for Evri. Why do they keep using Evri?????? if they are so bad. Brought an item via Amazon from this joke company. It took 11 days to sort the issue so they would pick the item up and now a further 10 days and the item is still with Evri whom Waxacar keep on using. The replies from waxacar are poor and you get no sense from anyone. Still waiting for my £250 refund 21 days later. To answer the question. Yes I have given Amazon a review and put complaints in as they hide behind the 3rd party seller lies. No I haven't reviewed Evri as you keep choosing to use them even though that is your go to of leaving a review for them. Maybe you should leave a review and stop using them. Maybe try Parcel force or all the many other parcel companies you could choose from. Looks like a company holding on to others cash for as long as they can to me. Peter, Paul springs to mind. Amazon have guaranteed my refund before the 4th August and even emailed me to state this. So this could be fun. Yes I have reported this seller to Amazon every chance I have had in the hope no one else has the misfortune of dealing with them.

This seller is complete joke. Week ago I bought exhaust spray paint which was despatched and delivery was attempted 3 time while I been home all that time but no one ever came. When I asked for refund he is asking me to wait another 3 days to investigate. I'm allready waiting and no delivery was attempted and he refused refund me. I lost trust to this seller and his products. U should avoid him in all costs too.

I have recently been in contact with the guys from WAXACAR, after a faulty item. I had to return it and wait for a replacement fan. All this done within a week. Great people to deal with and both helpful and extremely efficient. Not even sure how companies with this poor reviews are still in business. I ordered a product 14 days ago and now the CSR has resorted to copying the same message each time I message on Amazon "The 10th working day for your order is the 21st October. Please allow this time." When the tracking code says the order hasn't even been collected. Hopefully I can just get a refund and never have to do business with this company again. One star is more than they deserve.

Made 3 wall fan purchases from this company on amazon costing almost £100. recieved the items and only tested one which worked, so for that they can have the 1 star given (no idea if the other 2 did though)...but it wasnt the quality I expected...nowhere near enough circulating air and was far too big, heavy and bulky to place on the wall, for something that barely gave a breeze. I asked to return as was unhappy with the item. They said I would be liable for return postage, i argued this but they were adamant, i contacted amazon that informed me if I send invoice for my return costs they would refund me, which I did and came to a cost of almost £14, amazon refunded this as promised. Then they recieved my return and I heard nothing back, so I contacted them to be told they would not be processing the refund for 10 days. Not good enough, you have my money and the items. Onto amazon again they tell the seller they must issue full refund in 72hrs max. I then get an email just under 72hrs later with my refund amount and it's over £20 less than i paid...no idea what they were trying to charge for as that's even more than the postage cost anyway! Messaged them enquiring but got no response....Back to amazon again (bet they were sick of me and this order) but they were fab and sorted the remaining refund straight away. Ya know the old saying avoid like the plague, or maybe avoid like covid would be more apt these days! Either way, save yourself the hassle and learn from not only my experience but all the others listed here! Terrible service!

Purchased an item from them on amazon. Item was faulty. Sent back for a replacement but the replacement item was broken during delivery. Company offered me a warranty repair on the broken item as my original order was over 30 days. Do not trust this seller.
