   I attended this college from 2023 until December 2025, studying Art and Design. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing, both with the course itself and the staff. The resources provided were of poor quality; paints, brushes, and other supplies were often in bad condition. The college offered only very limited and basic equipment, yet we were still expected to produce high-quality work. I was forced to purchase my own materials on a regular basis, despite struggling financially, which added unnecessary stress. The support from staff was equally unsatisfactory. Emails were rarely answered, and when I left the college, I contacted them twice to request copies of my work and a reference but received no reply at all. In particular, during the Level 3 Art course, the teaching left much to be desired. The tutor, Simon, was described as strict, but in reality he lacked empathy and understanding of students’ circumstances. Rather than supporting and guiding us, he placed excessive pressure on students without offering meaningful help. Overall, my time at this college was extremely discouraging. The lack of resources, poor communication, and unhelpful teaching made the experience very negative, and I would not recommend this course to others.

   Went to enroll with my daughter at the college. She wanted to study T-level in Law and we were talking to the head of the department asking questions about the course. She nearly had a meltdown when she was asked a couple of simple questions. As a parent it was very disappointing to see a grown woman behave in the manner in which she did. These people are there to act as role models and inspire the youth, but from our experience it was far from it. I wouldn't judge the entire college based on the incompetence on a single person but the first impressions were not as expected from an institute that is there to help our youth and encourage them to become good human beings. Hope it was just a one off and not the norm. My daughter chose to enroll elsewhere based on that 5 minute encounter.

   Teachers are ridiculous one locks you outside of lessons if you are two minuets late and say you're ten minutes late because they're lazy. All of them go on their phones in lessons and don't let you leave to drink water if you're in a lab or use the toilet. Students must teach themselves and are often sent home due to poor planning by teachers or laziness. There are lots of gangs in this college, most boys carry knives and clique together, creating an unsafe atmosphere. Everyday I am harrased by boys who cat call me and qsk me to come into their cars or ask for other things then don't take no for an answer. If you are a girl find another college because it isn't safe here, trust me.

   Very very difficult to get hold of any member of staff. Reception tell you to contact them through teams but don’t give you any further information even when repeatedly asked. Tutors don’t reply to messages that your son/daughters send. An extremely poor poor example of effective communication that only seems to come one way, them texting you repeatedly but you can’t contact the college. I’ve had a few children attend this college and it just gets worse. I’m know at the point where I wouldn’t recommend my goldfish attend.

   Absolutely shocking college. Went on their open evening with my son and was totally ignored throughout the visit and was pushed to the side. NON of their staff was helpful nor were they very informative when asked about the courses- was simply told to take a leaflet about it. Non of them looked interested and somewhat "can't be bothered" attitude. Really did not see the point in the open evening at all since looking up on their website was more useful and definitely MORE friendlier. My son made the quickest decision in his life that night, and that was to never attend this college even if he was paid to do so.

   I’m doing the health and social care course at this college and the trains are on strike therefore I cannot get down, because of this issue a college teacher has told me I will not pass my course even after I have put effort into my assignment and exams. She questions why I cannot get down implying it is my fault the trains are on strike. After this the school called me and I got a horrible response. Do not go to this college as it doesn’t not help anyone.
