   After many days of searching for the right bathroom furniture and tiles my sister and I made an appointment with Joanne at the Doncaster branch, this was the start of what turned out to be a very positive experience from our first meeting to the final day of the job being completed. Joanne helped us find the best fixtures and fittings out of what often was an overwhelming choice! When the guys came to start transforming the bathroom, Neal and Roy couldn’t have done a better job, not only we’re they excellent craftsmen they went over and above every single day until the job was finished. My sister is absolutely 100% satisfied with her new bathroom and loved having Neal and Roy around. Thanks so much Joanne, Neal and poor Roy who was the butt of many jokes!

   Disgusted with the lack of customer service. YJ17 DOP one of your company vehicles drove with a lack of attention and nearly wiped the front end of my car out this morning. Still awaiting a call back from your fleet manager. I can only imagine the lack of care you provide for your customers when hiring engineers who drive their company vehicles like IDIOTS. At 8:30 am in the morning driving to work, I did not need to slam my breaks on and have the scare of my life. Disappointing.
