   If it’s well priced, in stock and not fragile then go for it. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The quality of goods supplied can be poor and then the customer service is dire. They never call you to tell you when they are going to deliver and when you call them, they really struggle to locate your order. I struggle to understand how they compete with the other builder’s merchants in the area who are streets ahead.

   Shocking customer service and business . Rented a pumba hoist from them which failed to work . They said they would refund me but after 10 times of contact them they decide to egnore me . Would not go here . Complete rip off and cheeky workers who call you mush. Owe me £120

   Must say quite surprised with relatively high rating, that 4.2 rating must be coming from family&friends, just popped in as needed pliers. Grabbed one, went to "tills" just to be completely ignored by three members of staff for couple mins as if I was not present, didn't even bother saying "Hi, please give me a sec", completely ignored in front of my wife, she felt embarassed too. Just had to leave. Very poor customer service approach...
