Great communication, clear quote with a full breakdown and did everything they said they would on the job with incredibly little mess. Underfloor heating and screed installed in two days on a 120m2 of residential floor space... highly recommended.
We have used UFH Supply on all our projects in Bristol and have always found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They despatch promptly and seem equally happy to deal with a request for a single actuator or for a full polished concrete floor. I fully recommend them and I would go nowhere else.

I loved working with underfloor heating. They were extremely professional and very helpful. The follow though on everything was amazing.The manager Adam kept in contact throughout and answered any questions i had very quickly . Would definately use again and recommend!
I will avoid this company, I gave all the details for my project, they advised me, then once received the item, it's was the wrong type of heating. I asked them to arrange a transporter for collection, return then send out the right type of heating, but refused so I had to send with own expense, they send me back to the right type, but I have no idea about the price difference they had to refund, I just gave up to get the money back, prices are not clear as they quote you with the price they want... Also, the insulation boards weren't enough to cover the space I have told them, I had to spend money again with a different supplier. I have also been wrongly advised, lucky I have spent time on different suppliers to get some information on the project I wanted, then realised that their advice wasn't accurate! No competent people working there, just avoid this company.

Underfloor Heating Supply have completed my job this morning and I can only say positives about the overall experience with them. I came across the company whilst attending the Grand Designs show two years ago with my wife, whilst planning a new build home. I met Stephen Featherstone who spent half an hour talking me through the process and advising what he felt, in his experience, would give the best heating system for the property. At that time, I was nine months before the build start date and many people had no interest in taking time to talk through their product knowing there was no quick sale to be had. This was quite the contrary with Stephen and he was one of the few people that 'saw the big picture' and assisted, even though I was not in a position to 'sign on the dotted line' there and then. He has been a very good port of call during the whole process. All site fitters have been professional and I have no doubt that they have carried out the work to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I would certainly recommend discussing design at an early stage of a build as there were a number of tips I was given that were very easy to implement at an early stage of the build, which later would have been far more complicated. Thank you to them all.
I'd avoid this company if you can. We contracted them to supply and install our underfloor heating an our new house. Under Floor Heating Supply didn't turn up on the agreed date, in fact they never completed the works and caused an 11 week delay in our project. One of the company directors, Stephen Featherstone, was more interested in explaining about his knowledge of both criminal and civil law than actually resolving the issue. There are plenty of good honest contractors out there, it would be worth investigating some others before choosing this company.
