Ordered a part for van , rang up offered to pick up same day as needed part . Delivery advertised as next day so was assured part would come despite bank holiday . 3 days later rang depo . Still not sent part , still no opportunity to pick part up from shipping department . Will avoid in future

I have visited twice now over the Christmas period and on both occasions received outstanding customer service, on both times was two particular colleagues Chad and dave. Nothing is a problem and they will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and sorted. They are credit to the company.

I purchased a rear tailgate light for my 2019 Mercedes A250 to replace the broken unit. The service was excellent as was the delivery parcle, well boxed and the light unit well wrapped and protected. The service, goods and price excellent, unit installed and working as per spec. I have added the lighting unit & how it was packaged and protected in post excluding delivery box

Poor service ordered a mirror gave registration sent wrong one. Called several times to be told parts guy not there and they will ring us back. Received no phone calls. No reply to emails. Terrible company. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star for the way I have been treated. APPALLING COMPANY

My car was taken to halls after a crash, i called them to come and collect my stuff and explained i did not want anyone clearing my car as i had cash inside and i specifically told the lady that i wanted to do it myself so it does not go missing. 2 days later i had all my stuff thrown into boxes delivered by dpd everything except the cash that i had told them about. 2 weeks later im still being fobbed off by them. Ive had over £115 taken and i am a single mum of 5, this was my kids Christmas present money. I keep getting told they will look into it and they will get back to me but never do ive had to keep calling and chasing them, now they saying i need to inform my insurance company which i did and they say if its missing halls need to sort it. when damaged vehicles are up for auction yo are supposed to disclose the damage. I have paid very high price on a car damaged on the roof badly that requires new roof panel and there was no mention in the add about the roof damage, or any pictures that showed the damage. Even after i received the car i started to recheck all photographs and i couldn't see any pictures with the damage. All the pictures were made in such a way to conceal the roof damage. Here i thought i am able to repair the door panels, change the headlight and will have a good car, but the metal on the roof is ripped over the passenger door and massive damage. I end up paying almost 8000 for a car that is not worth half that value because of the heavy damage. I am disgusted you are doing this to increase the bidding value of your cars. Aport from giving you this bad review and warning other people is nothing much I can do but deal with my loss, however you should be ashamed of yourselves. I have uploaded the pictures you presented the car, i will upload the actual roof damage when i get to the bodyshop.
