    I was very happy with my experience as a first time customer of Jewson especially under the current (Covid-19) circumstances. I initially spoke to a team member over the phone about stock as I was unable to order online as an unvalidated account (no previous purchases). He informed me that there should be no problems in-store and what time best to visit. When I came the following day the staff were really polite and helpful either finding the items I wanted or suitable alternatives.
