   Lots of missing stock, very untidy shelves, missing prices or wrong prices on items, member of staff working on the self scan was quite ignorant to a customer who asked about an on screen message and upset the lady by being patronising. Not sure what's happening with wilkos recently, because its every store I go in and they never uses to be like this

   The store is nice but customer services was not at all helpful and didn't help in any way. Eventually my 6 year old daughter found what the lady said the store didn't have and wasn't willing to hear me out. Thanks to my daughter we found what we were looking for but honestly the one lady there may need to be retrained in being polite and trying to assist customers with their queries, instead of just brushing them off and saying there is nothing in stock when there were plenty left just in a different area. Was not pleased at all and will not be returning there
