   AVOID. Almost 4 years of use and heavy corrosion, unfortunately they offer 3 year warranty and mine is 11months over so they will not help or replace the product. Save your money, the product is not protected from rust and will not last long. Must of been rusting for couple years under surface for it to become this bad. The product is now deemed unsafe to use for work due to the welds cracking and rusting.

   Excellent level of service and after service from the company. Bought roof bars and stops for my 2009 Renault Trafic, excellent build quality and fitting was easy and no problem at all. I would highly recommend them to you all and that is why I am leaving a 5 star review as they deserve them for sure.

   Called today to enquire about a simple basic part for my AVS steps of which Rhino have previously supplied. Female member of staff sounded completely dis- interested in helping me and furthermore kept talking over me telling me that they no longer supply the parts… Computer says no !!!….Highly annoying being as I’ve got a previous consignment note with Rhino name and address having supplied said parts before. Rubbish !!!!

   Bought a large rack for one of our vans. There was a bracket missing so I emailed Rhino to see if I could get a replacement, and it arrived next day!! Top service. The rack itself is excellent, big and sturdy, well thought out. Recommended.

   Recently purchased some Rhino Kammbars for my 2015 Toyota proace. The pricing via The Roofbox company is spot on and the communication is great; from both companies. great roof bars by the way too! I did have an issue with fitting, a real long story, turns out it’s how I fitted them myself, but to be fair I’m working to the measurements of a roof tent rail so have had to adapt. That said the staff at Rhino Products went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, also liaising with The Roofbox company and their own design/engineer team working remotely at Rhino Products , to find a solution to help me adapt my fitment; they didn’t have to! A special thanks to Andy sales and customer services coordinator, who dealt with my issue and found a solution to make my set up work - cheers Andy, proper customer service! First class service and support, thanks again! Ben

   Had a Safestow 3 for 6 years, make sure you buy spares, because you cannot get them? Poor aftersales....
