I thought I payed for my second year onmy card. The teacher and course was great. I must of keyed a wrong number to pay for the course.A few weeks later I got a letter from the collage. saying we will be sending the balliffe around to my property. It was about June and the course started in September. I was shocked. I rung the finance department and they said they normally send a bailiffe letter out. I was going ring and sort the payment out but the finance department put me off.He was very rude the way he talked to me so I said I will not bother with the course. He just said well we will take the money out of your account anyway! And put the phone down. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. So this is what put me off Bolton collage. βΉοΈ

Unfortunately not many useful courses available for adults. The only courses they have are pretty useless, often designed to doing one course after another (so keep you coming back paying for more courses), or it's for people who feel bored at home, gives them an opportunity to feel like they're doing something. None of the courses lead to direct employment opportunities . I've had to take up a course at Bury.

Very disappointed and horrendous . I came from a behaviour school/pru school and I was at this college for about a good 2 weeks and I had support so anyways there was this new support teacher What Iβve never had and I basically told them that most teachers a a cuss word thinking he should know that Iβm from a behaviour school and stuff but I didnβt say it in a angry way or whatever but anyways after lunch I went to my class just got the teacher to say to me am I the prick who ur on about and I got so fed up with him because heβs been disrespectful and rude to me ever since I got there even on my induction day so I snapped and I said yeah and we argued . After that a few higher ups came and they said donβt come in until we phone ur dad ,it has been 3 weeks now and they still havenβt contacted him so Iβm getting support from somewhere else but please avoid this place let it rot

Lovely venue for certain events. I went representing the University of Bolton. Organisation was Semi decent, the food and festivities were free and lovely, the staff there seem highly experienced and very informative on subjects and opportunities they offer at the College. This institution is also partnered with the University of Bolton so itβs great for prospective students.

I wouldn't give any stars at all they don't financially support you properly at all and people have passed out with starvation it's awful

Awful place. .. don't do anything about bullying or harassment and if you have anything mental healthwise that you struggle with don't expect any help at all

How they expect people to enroll is beyond me when no-one seems capable of answering and email during the summer holidays giving the excuse they are all on holiday. Only applied because they are the only college locally who offer the course I want or I would defo be going somewhere else. Unable to enrol online as promised as someone had not ticked a box and had to drive 45 mins each way to the college to resolve the matter. Enrolment day- had several invites to come only to find nobody from the department bothered to turn up. Would not recommend . Go somewhere else where better service and support is offered

Absolutely no flexibility at all to study for timings. Tutors in the Beauty Therapy department for level 3 cannot and will not allow people who have had a gap to study at all. Waisted journey as was hoping for an enrolment

It was ok. The German classes were good, very engaging. However I never recived my German intermediate certificate, I was promised, after asking for it multiple times. The Psychology class was more of an art lesson, we all met up afterwards to see our scores, the whole class failed.
