2 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want a friendly gym with Great people, decent equipment, great classes for all levels and no egos this is the gym for you

Been a few times to watch United Ladies and its a great atmosphere here. The bars are very well priced for hot, soft and alcoholic beverages with hot food available too. Its a great venue just the parking can be a struggle when its a bigger crowd as the facilities are near a retail park. Overall 5 stars!

I have felt very welcomed here and there are no over inflated egos in sight! Talented and dedicated trainers with a fantastic choice of classes. Definitely helped reduce my anxiety of visiting gyms again. Thank you .
Lovely facilities and enough parking at the back of the centre. A regular for Saturday morning football. Toilets are usually open inside and there is a pop up coffee stall near the 3G pitches.
Brilliant facilities. Not only a gym, but also host birthday parties with local companies and lots of great sessions for kids. Staff are amazing. Mark is brilliant and always happy to help.
