   Stockport Taekwondo Academy offers an amazing martial arts experience for both beginners and experienced alike. Liam is incredibly welcoming and supportive as a teacher. My daughter participates in the Little Tigers class and she absolutely loves it! She is able to learn a positive mentality (focus, respect, discipline) while covering all the basic Taekwondo skills children need to begin. As someone who has returned to training after a long break, I was a little unsure I could even do it! But the adult classes Liam runs are easily the best fitness and Taekwondo training I've ever done. So, if you want to get fit, or are just curious (no matter your level, age, or fitness level) then give this a go - you will not regret it!

   Liam is a fantastic instructor. He expertly balances every class with a dynamic mix of activities, including warm-ups, stretches, pad work, practical defence applications, forms, and sparring. He leads the class with loads of energy and structure while also focussing on individual’s needs, ensuring that we all progress at our own pace. His teaching style is engaging and adaptable, making me feel fully supported in my personal goals while still being challenged in every session. Liam has a very personable and approachable personality, making for a positive learning environment. I thoroughly enjoy every session. I highly recommend taking his classes to anyone interested in martial arts!

   I've been taking my 4 year old grandson Jensen to Liam's LITTLE TIGERS Classes on a Saturday Morning at 9am for the past month, what a joy it is to see him taking part in all the Fun that Liam adds to his classes, he's fantastic with all the kids, helping them to follow his instruction while gently getting them to listen and learn his basic lessons. I know Jensen looks forward to it every saturday.

   My 11 year absolutely loves Liam's classes! They are fun, educational and he is learning a martial art! His physical fitness and flexibility have increased so much in just a few weeks and he can't wait for the next lesson. Liam is inspirational, he manages to create such a fun atmosphere whilst managing to teach so much in an hour.
