   Richardson sport is the ideal environment for wanting to improve your game both on and off the pitch. The expertise in strength and conditioning and running mechanics are up with there the best. The specific details and fine tuning that go into the sessions are the things that can separate average players into great players. Wayne always has time for his clients whether is a phone call midweek to check up on you and see how you are getting on or it’s staying behind after the session and talking about life. Wayne has aided me to develop into the men’s game and has equipped me with the physical tools that are needed to not only cope but look to dominate the men’s game.    My kids(12 and 11) have been training under Mr Wayne Richardson for nearly two years. They have benefitted all round and their running technique, sprint speed, agility have all improved. They looked forward to these weekly sessions as it was fun and Wayne interacted v well with them. Wayne has the persona and the know how, which is why he is sought after by elite athletes from different sports, mainly football. We have nothing but praise and hold him in high regard. I recommend Wayne Richardson sport to anyone who wants to go the next level. We will be back, once the Covid situation settles.
