   I understand that card charges mean you make a minimum spend limit for a debit card but would it be better to have an option to pay a small surcharge for using a card for low value purchases?

   Phoned up to ask if they sell craft ales, only answer I got was mmmmm evertime I asked if they sold craft ales, hung up and called again, this time no one spoke when they took the call, leads me to think they only sell Bog standard mass produced lagers and haven't got a clue what craft beer is,

   Went to get electric here , the elderly woman took the electric key- i asked clearly for £10 only. She "accidently" puts "£30" she apologised and said she accidentally pressed the wrong figure so there is 30 on the key so its 30 and i had pay for what i didnt even want!! It was her mistake! lucky i had the money on me ! So be aware as this has been happening at alot of some newsagents too. she even admitted to me she doesnt make any money from electric. so now i dont go there anymore just incase .....
