The work lane dance academy put in to the children is amazing. They are very patient, encourage the children to join in and are very very talented at what they do. They invest so much time into the shows. It’s a lovely dance school and would recommend it to everyone
Lanes Dance Academy are a very friendly professional company. They have made my oldest daughter aged 8 love music and dance more from her interest as an infant. My oldest daughter started at Lanes Dance Academy at the age of 4 and is still enjoying every minute. The skills she has learnt are improving with each term. Lances Dance Academy offer parents to come and watch the progress of their child at the end of the term as well as creating summer reports. We are always kept up to date with the latest dance opportunities, such as; dance shows, dance competitions, local community events and much more. I would highly recommend this dance school as it helps builds on confidence, concentration skills and how to work as a team. My youngest daughter aged 3 is now starting at Lanes Dance Academy and I can’t wait to see her dance journey progress.
Hands down both my girls favourite time of the week! My eldest has been with Lane’s Dance Academy for over 5 years and the confidence she has gained has been amazing to watch. My youngest has been with Lane’s for over 2 years and her dancing skills and passion blow me away. The bond both my girls have made with their dance teachers is so lovely to see. Such a warm, welcoming and fun team! Highly recommended.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Andy for our first dance lessons, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the very first session, he made us feel completely at ease (despite being very nervous!) and turned what could have been a daunting experience into something fun, relaxed, and memorable. Andy’s teaching style is patient, encouraging, and perfectly tailored to us as a couple. He broke everything down into simple steps, built up our confidence week by week, and always had such a positive, supportive energy and also a great sense of humour with it too! What really stood out was how he made the dance feel personal to us - understanding the meaning behind our song while still making it achievable (and adding in a 90s boy band move!) By the end of our lessons, not only did we have a first dance we felt proud of, but we also looked forward to every practise session at home because of the foundation Andy gave us. Andy choreographed and helped us learn a dance for our wedding - not only was it the perfect fit for the song we chose (which is not a well-known song), but the dance reflected our personalities in a beautiful way. Andy was super friendly and easygoing throughout the 4 lessons, and he gave us so much confidence that we'd nail the dance on the day! Cannot recommend the 4-lesson package enough!
Wish we'd have found Lanes dance sooner! My daughter has the time of her life at these classes, her teacher is so friendly and helpful, she's amazing with the children, made my daughter feel at home and settled strait away. Ontop of all the obvious benefits from dance classes ie the exercise, my daughter has so much fun aswel, the lessons are catered so well for her age and genuinly can not recommend enough. Amazing teacher so upbeat and positive, patient and professional. The classes seem to be run at an age appropriate pace which keeps the students enguaged and allows their confidence to grow weekly can’t wait to see what my daughter has learnt at the end of the term thank you Victoria!
Daughter loves it. Started age 5, now nearly 8. She's confidently appeared in Denton Carnival and Ashton Xmas Lights Turn On, and looking forward to performing in the 2023 show in Hyde Festival Theatre.
Our little girl has been coming to mini movers (age 3) for 4 weeks. Our little one has Social Communication differences and we were apprehensive about starting a new adventure with her. In just 4 weeks our little girls communication has grown massively, as has her confidence. So much so the difference has been documented in her nursery records. We can’t thank Victoria and Andy enough (yep I’m tearing up writing this)! xx
