Blush Dance is a welcoming and friendly environment, perfect for people of all fitness levels. The staff is kind and supportive, always ready to offer encouragement and guidance. I started at Blush 12 years ago. I have grown strong, improved my confidence and progressed through the class levels over the years (in Pole and heels classes. But mostly I have gained a brilliant group of friends. I recommend Blush for high quality dance instruction and a great supportive environment to learn with the bonus of making friends.
Blush is a very welcoming studio with friendly and encouraging instructors. Learning aerial hoop has been a great way to keep fit and build strength while also building confidence and having fun.
I joined Blush when I moved to Manchester and it’s a studio where you feel welcome, part of the family and leave after every pole session feeling confident and constantly learning new skills. The people here are so friendly and supportive, and I’m truly sad to leave such an amazing studio but am relocating. The teaching is superb, Becky is so patient and kind. I’ve tried a few studios around Manchester and Blush blows the others out the water.
I would like to say to anyone who is thinking of joining blush just do it. You will never look back. I have had the pleasure of being trained by Bex the boss lady in both pole dance and heels. Not only have a gained confidence in my own ability, been able to create a space for myself and leaving all the stresses of work, family life behind and focusing on yourself for a hour. You will join a team of women who support women. I have witnessed several women gain confidence, make friends for life and become secure in their own bodies. I cannot thank team Blush enough, also if your thinking of joining just reach out to Bex and you won’t be disappointed.

Blush has been a friendly and encouraging place to learn aerial skills, even when you're self conscious and lacking in confidence. The instructors are so talented at what they do and full of smiles ☺️ and the chance to perform in the showcase every year is great too!
A brilliant place to learn aerial skills from beginner all the way up to certified instructor training. The blush staff are encouraging, patient and friendly. Broadstone is a great venue with onsite cafe, shops and free parking.
