Disgusting service. I asked how to use the Evri machine and from the start he was speaking to me rudely like I was an inconvenience to him, no need for any one let alone a shopkeeper to be so disrespectful to people.
Not sure how this place is still in business. First time using this store, and the man (I assume the owner) was unhelpful and incredibly rude. Firstly, I had to ask where the Evri machine was as I had never been in there before, and he just grunted and pointed vaguely. Once I did find it I had trouble getting my barcode to scan, so once again he grunted at me and pointed at the machine. Once the label was printed, I removed the sticker from the printer only to be shouted at saying he told me not to remove the sticker in full from the machine. Conveniently, the handheld device for scanning parcels wasn't working after all of this and he told me to come back tomorrow. Decided to take my parcel somewhere else to be scanned.
Very rude man that works here. Shouting at me about my parcel return. Refusing to help me understand what I am meant to do when I explained I have not done this before. I will NEVER enter this shop again. Horrible man.

Tried to return something through Hermes which I have never done at their shop before and won't be returning. The staff on the till was rude, I clearly had no idea what I was doing and I told him it wasn't going through on the machine but he ignored me the first 2 times that I spoke and when he had finished doing whatever he was doing he told me to enlarge the code which would have taken 2 seconds to tell me instead of me waiting around for a good 5 minutes
Very rude staff, tried to return something through Hermes, the guy was texting on his phone while speaking with me and kept saying 'huh', so rude! Could have explained that the machine was broken politely and without an attitude, but no, just said 'can't do it here' even though I've done the exact same thing there before no problems. Not good service for a local corner shop.
