   I have been training here for just over three years. I focus on Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ). The club also offers classes in MMA. When I first visited the club, I was nervous as I had never done any grappling before. The instructors were very welcoming, informative and experienced. There are no egos at the club, everyone is very supportive. There are no mandatory expensive membership fees or uniform costs, which is both rare and welcoming. The building is old, but the gym is clean and well-equipped. If you were interested I would recommend checking out the website. If you do decide to train with us, say Hi on one of the many seminars offered. Consistency is the key. There are no shortcuts, make your reasons to train stronger than your excuses not to.
