First time using this merchants today and I was pleasantly surprised. Item I needed was very slightly dearer than going to Wickes or other stores but it was considerably closer! Excellent service from James when purchasing my flexible pan connector. I'll definitely go there again.
We went in the store yesterday to look for some stones for our garden, bought 40 bags was delivered within the hour to my address. The services and customer care was excellent, very friendly people. Much cheaper than wickes,B&Q.5 star rating karen very happy customer.
Town and Country have been brilliant to work with on our bathroom refurbishment. More than just a shop, Mark guided us on what to buy and sat with us to select what we needed. All very friendly and a good bit of banter was had. Also went the extra mile when a panel was cut wrong by our installer to get a new one. Thanks guys.
Very friendly and helpful mark and the team, They have a wide choice in but if there's something that is out of stock mark will order it for you and usually has it for you the very next day. They also deliver and the young man who delivered to us on a couple of occasions was a very polite and helpful. Its resalable priced we wouldn't go anywhere else now for our home improvement things.

Had a problem with my hot water supply. Diagnosed the problem myself using you tube. Im no plumber. Syntron motor in motorised valve burnt out. Called Town & Country Merchants. Very knowledgeable and freindly. As a novice i was reassured by their advice and that if i wanted to i could fit a new motor myself. They had the part right on the shelf. Good value. Saved me hundreds in call out fees. Very recommended. Youtube and a reliable supplier is i needed.
