I’ve tried a few studios since moving to the area and tiva is the place I most felt welcomed and at home. Teachers are fabulous and supportive. I’ve met some really great people while going too.

Great studio with warm, encouraging and skilled instructors. Responsive and helpful management too :) Made this visitor feel extremely welcome! Poles all look new and in excellent condition. I was on stainless steel 45mm and I think most of the poles had this finish but saw one which looked powder coated. Plenty of space between poles. Crash mats available if that makes you more comfortable. Online booking also very convenient. Give it a go, you will love it!!
Absolutely love Tiva pole. All the teachers are fantastic, especially Sue and Laura. Every single person who have been in the classes with me are welcoming and the support they all give is amazing! I couldn't recommend tiva any more.
Brilliant pole fitness/dance studio, friendly people, excellant teaching and great fun. Truly a women powered community.
