Had my son's party here. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Great food & Each kid got a gift bag & medal. Definitely recommend!!!
COMPLAINT - I’ve been charged for cancelling a booking more than 24hrs in advance. The booking was under my name and was for 6.30pm on 31/07/25. I was instantly charged for this booking, even though your app suggested I could cancel without incurring any cost. I’ve since called the venue twice and been told that a manager will call me. The manager has failed to call me both times. I never agreed to having my card details stored or to be charged automatically in the event of a cancellation. I’ve also noticed the pitch is unavailable for the booking time which means somebody else has filled the slot so no loss of earnings for Fives. I want my money back tomorrow morning (Thursday 31st July). Please contact me as a matter of urgency. Thanks

Good football venue BUT the parking is terrible - so many taking up 2 spots, management need to sort it out. Also they need a covered pitch or 3 cos.....well Manchester rains a lot
The team here are so friendly, they aren't solely focused on profits and want to help the community. We attend as a college each week and they always go above and beyond. The pitches are top quality and the service and fantastic.

Awful experience today Sunday 8th. Parking is non existant, pitch was already in use and although we had booked on it they would not move. The guy at the desk couldn't help as he was on his own, luckily found a spare pitch and used this but lost 15 mins of play. Couldn't get drinks as the guy on his own was too busy!! Ridiculous!!!!
Directions and access from the car park to the pitches could be better.
Guys you need to book 2 hours to play 1 hour. We booked for 1 hour and the girl who works there came at 50th minutes and told us to go out . We told her that we had 10 min more but she told us to go out. I understand that she wants to go because maybe she have meeting with her boyfriend but I paid 70£ for 1 hour. Not 50 min. Think before you go there
