Dunelm has a fantastic range. I wanted a vallance for a double bed. They had a huge range of colours to choose from. Only £19. I wanted to see the colour before buying.
Been a customer of Dunelm for a very long time. I tried to return 1 roll of wallpaper but they told me I can't have my money back because I was 3 days late so my receipt has expired. Due to work commitments I couldn't get there sooner.. what am I going to do with 1 extra roll! All because it was 3 days late! Atleast I had my receipt! I will never shop with Dunelm going forward, there prices are higher than most home stores so I'll take my business else where in future!
Just shopped at Dunelm in Canklow.We were served by Ann.We had the best help, product knowledge and high service she could not have done more and if l was a mystery shopper she would've achieved an outstanding result.Well done and thankyou Ann you were fabulous.Us customers can moan so only fair to praise when it's due and you shone.
Went in for coffee and lunch which was excellent. Always enjoy browsing round Dunelm. Sell some beautiful items.
Could be far better online. Updates when stock due back in would be a start, along with email or push notifications when stock comes back in store or available online. Itching more towards 2 stars for those options not being available to be honest! On the upside, staff in store are always really helpful & can't do enough. That's saved you from the 2 star vote!
Great selection of false indoor plants and nice homeware
I needed a feather & down king size quilt. I got a bargain with my 10.5 tog quilt. Its cotton, nice and thick, light but very good quality. £60 paid. The staff were so very helpful.
