I wanted some postcrete only 1 bag. I pulled into the yard and was served straight away by Sid then I went and paid for it in and out in10 mins well pleased.
Went in to store ..saw assistant lee who was very helpful...i wanted a twyford toilet seat that they did'nt normally stock ...he looked on computer & ordered me the correct one & phoned me when it arrived ...good service from start to finish
Ordered online and paid for, got text saying order ready went and collected the man in ware house helped me load in car. Fantastic what more could you ask for. Recommended everytime
Up from London and it was a pleasure to visit this yard. Great staff very helpful all round. If you're not a trades person and want to miss the busy periods then I'd suggest late morning and late afternoon. You can get a bit more time for advice if you're not sure on purchasing the correct items for that home improvement
Working on behalf of Paragon Homes LTD a local builder, we have been working with the team at Chesterfield for the past 4 years. We have regular orders going in and deliveries to site on a weekly some times daily basis. All the team have been helpful from requesting quotes right through to delivery. When problems occur they have done everything possibly to resolve. Manger at this branch is Excellent and approachable.
Fantastic customer service. Gemma and the rest of the team are always on hand to help. Organisation is not my strong point so I quite often call asking for deliveries with 1 or 2 days notice and they often come through. Always keeping me updated on stock levels and any price increases as my orders are always similar items. And they constantly price match or beat other merchants to stay competitive. Quality
Good customer service, not so good quality of grit sand. More glass in the sand that in a bottle recycle bank, huge pebbles also in the sand. Bag was nowhere near full and had a large hole in the side of the bag meaning sand just kept flowing out onto the road.
