Avoid avoid avoid !!! Terrible service delivery was supposed to be delivered on Friday left half early from work so lost out there then wasn’t delivered they said Tuesday it was going to get delivered then they said Thursday it was going to get delivered. I had to take it upon myself to arrange delivery with the driver because the company was that useless with arrangements for the time they said they would deliver it will never use this company again ! Avoid at all costs.
We purchased X-Grid from GCL to extend our driveway and it has worked perfectly! We read up on using X-Grid online before calling the team who were super helpful and answered all of our questions before delivering the grid quickly, would 100% recommend them to others.
Really dreadful, lost half a day because they managed to deliver there own product back to themselves rather than to site, no options to compensate or even refund the delivery. When it did finally arrive 5 days later I had an issue with the product and without any first hand knowledge, proof or investigation they just put all the blame on you as the installer and wipe there hands of any responsibility, if only they had a zero star rating.

Quick postage and very competitively priced
I bought a few products on 17 may from GCL. I was happy with the quality however only part of the order was complete. after many phone calls and emails, excuses and frankly poor customer service, I am still awaiting a refund more than a month later. They eventually did send the wrong product and then was told I would not get a refund until that product was returned to them. pretty poor service.
We ordered the rigid plastic shed base and when it arrived it had clearly been damaged either in transit or by the delivery person leaving in our "safe place". We contacted GCL to inform them that the product had been damaged and we were told any damaged items would be replaced by Monday. They actually came the next day. We can't fault their customer service.
