   Halfords Birkenhead is inexpensive, and has a great range of bikes and other accessories. I would recommend it to anyone who wants their bike or car serviced. They have a good range of Bike Care plans, and the assistants are completely reliable with repairs.

   I cannot thank John enough for the incredible help he gave me today. My car battery had gone completely flat, and I arrived very late for my appointment. John could easily have turned me away and asked me to rebook, but instead he went above and beyond. He replaced my battery on the spot and carried out all the necessary work quickly, professionally, and with real care. His kindness and professionalism genuinely saved my day.    Missed my appointment due to an emergency, called up and they were really helpful and still fitted me in the same day. And not only that, I paid for a full tyre refit - got there and they looked and said it could be repaired instead, changed the job and I got some money back. Really really good customer service and so helpful, can’t thank them enough for today. Been here before for MOTs and other services and always had great service.

   Mike and the team at Bidston were absolutely fantastic. Luckily I had some spare cash; however I do feel that custumers' gratitude tips should also be available to pay using a debit card at the point of sale. Great service and prices. Will definitely use every time!

   I bought some items for body work on a car that was all fine. ThenI was asked for my email for the receipt then got all this promotion stuff after! I detest these sort of tactics to get more sales out of people. If I want a receipt it should be printed and given to the customer.

   I was in the process of moving away and an error message came up on my dashboard to have the dip light checked. In haste, I went to Halfords and was quite anxious about what I needed to do but the staff were very friendly, accommodating and knowleageable. John was able to change the light for me, do a 10 point check on my car as well as help me sign up to Motor Club to help put my anxieties at ease! I would highly recommend the team at Bidston and would like to thank them again for helping me with my onward travel!
