   Orderd Batterys which said "in stock", they took money then after a week emailed to say the had no stock. Offerd a replacement battery to which I said "Yes that will be ok". Then Paypal inform me they would refund me! Total waste of time. Get it together guys!

   The staff here are so friendly!! This really is a great shop, they have a huge variety of liquids to chose from, I have tried several of the vapour freaks liquids and the quality is amazing! The prices are great too!! I have tried a few shops in the local area and they don't compare to Express in price, liquids and customer service. If you get a chance make sure to go and visit.

   Brought a voopoo drag a few days ago. Customer service was great. They took the time to go through everything to make sure I got the right device for me. Most shops rush you and can't wait to take your money- they didn't. Even though there were more expensive devices I was shown the ones that would suit my needs better that were actually cheaper. Kareem I think his name was behind the desk, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions Unfortunately had a slight leakage problem with the tank so took it back the next day. It was changed immediately with no quibble. Great after sales. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Thanks
