Excellent place this. Had 2 tyres replaced and front wheel tracking done in about an hour - and they got the tracking bang on, unlike other places I've been to in the past. The staff were all friendly and I'll definitely be using this place from now on. Well done. Highly recommended.
This is one of the best garages in Liverpool, honest, friendly and hardworking knowledgeable guys. Customer service is exceptional. These guys have helped me and my wife out today at very short notice and fixed our car again the same day so we could get it mot’d. Always go above and beyond for their customers with their service and also great value as well. Highly recommend these guys!
I recently had the pleasure or taking my car to the Car Bar and Wheel Spa. It’s rare to find a garage today that treats your car as if it’s their own, with respect and care. At one point a wheel cover became stuck and the technician let me know what was going on and asked me to remove it so as to not damage my car. A lot of places would have broken it off and just not cared but the team here showed me and my car respect and I appreciate that. The work was done flawlessly. I was having all 4 tyres replaced. The team at Car Bar and Wheel Spa took their time to do everything right and not rush things. They listened to my requests and made sure to use jack pucks to raise the car without damage. They dialled in and used the correct torque to tighten every nut and for the first time ever, this garage understood what the dot on the tyre means which is ‘this is where the air valve goes’. The garage was very clean and tidy and all the staff were very polite. There was a waiting room that was clean and tidy with sweets and Netflix while your car is being worked on. The staff offered drinks several times and there were customer toilets. A great garage with great service. I cannot recommend the Car Bar and Wheel Spa enough. I’m not the only one that thinks this way either as it’s very busy and you need an appointment, so call first :-)
I have used Quick Fit Tyres services multiple times with different cars. Every single time the quality of service was exceptional! Work was done quickly and efficiently with best quality parts. The diagnostic equipment and knowledge of the staff there is first class. All work that had to be performed as well as costs were explained to me. Additional bonus is the heated waiting room with Netflix. I will be coming back.
I want to warn people not to use Quick Fit Tyres services. They charged me £427 and returned my car in not working condition. They said they would diagnose the fault within 1 day but it took them 5 days. They promise more than they can actually do. They were looking for faults in my car and found a couple of them but not the right ones and charged me for this. I complained to them and I wanted to get refund at least partial, but they didn't want to speak to me and they claim they did everything right, they found the fault and repaired. So how come that car is still not working if they did everything right? Finally, they DIDN'T issue any refund and they were rude to me. Poor service and poor customer assistance. They also don't follow covid-19 safety measures. Avoid this place!

Amazing service. Dropped in on the off chance they had space for a slow puncture, fixed in 10m! Lovely staff and great price. If I ever need car help in the future I'm definitely coming here.
Needed 2 tyres to pass my MOT on Saturday and no one around had them in stock. Those guys had them in and cheaper than been quoted elsewhere. Very friendly, professional and they got nice waiting room where my little baby has watched his favourite paw patrol while they sort my tyres Many thanks
