   I genuinely cannot recommend act4tv enough. I started taking classes with Joe Simpson about 18 months ago and he has helped me so much. I have learned how to be a truthful actor and what best works for me. The students are also really supportive and friendly which I think is so important in order to progress!

   I’ve been going to Act4Tv now on and off for nearly 15 years. It’s a safe space for me where I can practice my craft, evaluate my own and others work and meet like minded people. Over the years it has brought me so much confidence, so many opportunities and I’ve met so many people I call friends through classes and workshops. I’ve gained representation through classes, had auditions and met casting directors that would have probably taken me longer to meet on my own path away from class. I’ve had numerous tutors but always go back to Joe. I appreciate the straight talking critique, the knowledge and because the tutors are working actors you know the advice and tips actually work. Act4tv has given me so much over the years and it will always be a place I feel at home and go back to.

   I just love attending Act4TV, I wanted an acting class that is not only fun, but prepares me for the Industry. I love that I get to do script work and act them from T.V shows, it's great I get to watch my performances from class every week, it really helps you learn. My Teacher Clare is fabulous and has helped me a lot. I have already been given a fabulous opportunity from Act4TV to perform and show case my work.    I love Act4TV Manchester, they have the best experienced tutors, fantastic training classroom and they keep the class numbers low in order to have as much 1-1 as possible. Be it a beginner or seasoned pro, continuous training is important and ACT4TV is most definitely the best school in Manchester where you will learn something new each week and practice your craft in a safe space surrounded by positive people.

   I’ve had two classes with Act4TV and I have to say so far.. so good! I was given a free taster class to see if I enjoyed it and safe to say, I was back the following week. Joe and David are good teachers, I especially like the latter’s approach. They also don’t shy away from constructive criticism which is the only way to grow as an actor. A welcoming environment with the opportunity for showreel material.

   Our son Olly (8) attends Act4TV every Sunday within the youth classes. Its the best thing we have done for him in 2 ways. 1. Out of all his activities Act4TV is his favourite and is free to be himself in a structured but emotionally safe environment. 2. The teachers have brought him (his tutor Claire is his favourite) on so much and opened up opportunities for him that simply wouldn't of been there without Act4TV. Just to make a 3rd point, he also finds the classes fun and challenging and loves learning his scripts throughout the week ready for Sunday. I would recommend any parents to send their children to Act4TV to develop them for acting on screen and also adults looking to gain further knowledge or just starting out in the acting industry.
