   Cons: poor customer service, rude staff. They seemed like they'd rather chat to eachother then get a sale. This was about 2 months ago, 3 lads 20-25yrs old at the counter. They seemed bored, one lad helped me whilst the other 2 played on their phones. Stale atmosphere. Pros: lots of e-liquids. My recommendation would be to train your Kidderminster staff better and/or bring in a new manager to oversee the store.

   Fantasic Shop, it is a tiny bit more expensive then the other vape shops in town but found the quality is way more then that and good advise, been in a few times and always has people in & out. You want a vape that lasts then use these guys we tried other shops in town and the juice is way better and the vapes are well priced. Others shops have cheaper vapes for the same price as these quality vapes.

   Went in with an issue with my mod, expecting to fork out for a new one. Instead the two staff members investigated the problem and fixed it, and saved me the expense of buying a new device. Good honest service. Cheers lads much appreciated.

   Went in and there was 2 lads behind the counter, the older one (in a light pink hoodie) was serving someone else, the younger one was talking to what appeared to be some mates. After a minute of being ignored, the older lad literally told the younger one to serve me, to which he said "I'm already serving". He definitely wasn't! To the owner/manager: happy to help you identify the younger lad if you'd like. He's a liability to your business and frankly doesn't deserve to work there if he values talking to his mates over serving paying customers.
