AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shocking response from bald man siting behind the counter. Clearly no customer service skills. Asked simple question..."what new juice have you got?" The response I received was...."What do you mean? What do you mean new? I dont know what you use or what you mean". The aggressive and condescending tone was very unprofessional. I then walked out of the door with the bald man making further aggressive comments. Not sure what is going on in the middle aged man's life but he shouldn't bring this into work. If the service is poor I assume the products are substandard. I would not recommend anyone to visit especially if these grumpy bald bloke is slumped behind the counter. Vape Inn gets ZERO OUT OF TEN. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere as the price for 3 juices for £10 is a rip off, everywhere else is either 4 or 5 for £10.
Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Popped in for some disposable vapes. It was a sweet and pleasant transaction. Only con is could do with more stock on disposable vapes but that's being really picky. Cheers Vape Inn
I had to pop in to the shop multiple times over a couple of days as I had recently gotten back into vaping and my vape had been out of use for a while. Turned out i needed a new vape but the guy there on both days was really helpful in trying to help me fix mine before I did. Really helpful :)
After buying a dodgy batch of vape. I took it back. Its cloudy and awful tasting. I was then told it's no returns or exchanges and to take the matter up elsewhere. I will never set foot in here again even though it's my local. As a consumer. I have rights to exchange if the product is not fit for purpose. If you choose to sell from another manufacturer, you should take it up with them and provide me with an exchange. It is not my fault I was sold a dodgy juice. One that I have had for a long time and know what it should be like. I will be consulting with trading standards, not chasing manufacturers when a simple exchange would have sufficed!!!!!
