   Came in to collect my order, couldn't fault the staff at all! Simply asked for my order number and surname and done, what more can you ask for in convenience. (Also cheaper than Screwfix by a couple quid, pays to shop around)

   Very friendly staff. Ordered on line for same-day collection in store but something went wrong with the order. Although the items were in stock in the store, the system had marked them for next-day delivery to the store. The assistant said the items were not in stock, but I asked her to hummer me and go and check the stock locations. Sure enough all the items I had ordered were on the shelf in stock in the branch. She very quickly resolved the issue and picked my order. I've dropped them a star because of their system glitch. So if you order and when ordering the screen says the items are in stock at the branch. Then when you get to branch the assistant tells you the item isn't available until tomorrow, ask them to hummer you and check the stock bins. It might save you a return journey or a trip next door to their competitors.

   My husband went to collect a Plunge Saw today which he had ordered and paid for on-line. He was met by a very abrupt lady who when he said it was a Click and Collect order said "What reference number?" My husband handed her a copy of his order form and she went to find his order. She returned with his order and put it in front of him. She then said "that's it" - no thank you or anything else. I wish I had been there and told her she needed to learn some customer skills. We shall not be using Tool Station again. Take a lesson from Screwfix staff. They are always pleasant!

   I have been into Toolstation on numerous occasions and i can honestly say that nothing is too much trouble for the manager Martyn and Dean who works there too. It is a welcoming environment and a great asset to the town of Retford only wish we had more shops like this. They always try to help and give good solid advice. Thanks a lot gentlemen and I can recommend their 5 star service to everyone.
