   I am extremely disappointed and upset writing this. I booked this business for my daughter’s party for 90 guests and paid a £625 deposit after being promised excellent food and service. Instead, they cancelled just 5 days before the event, leaving me completely stranded at the last minute. Despite repeated promises that my deposit would be returned, I have still not received a refund. Communication has now stopped entirely, leaving me with no option but to spend additional money to replace the catering and begin court proceedings to recover what I am owed. This business has shown no professionalism, no accountability, and no basic moral conduct. Cancelling so close to a child’s event and then withholding a customer’s money is unacceptable. Please save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartbreak and do not book with this company. I wish I had read a review like this before trusting them.

   Naz from this company took a very last-minute booking from our company based near Kingston. I gave Naz the type of cuisine and Naz very quickly sent me photos of other work and gave me a quote via email. The food arrived on time nice and warm and very well presented. The senior executives loved her great heart food and would defiantly order from her again. The quality was high and the freshness was brilliant. Thank you again for making out event special.
