Ordered online and they couldn't fulfill order. Offered an unsuitable alternative. Asked for refund and after many promises of refund via email still haven't received it. Apparently only the owner can authorise refund and for some reason they just won't do it. Terrible service avoid at all costs. No zero rating but deserves to a zero.

The Sedgley store is useless .the staff won't do anything for you and say there not bothered for your business. have tried ordering liquid for 4 months of which I've always had they couldn't be bothered to order it for me. avoid this store at all costs
Ever since my first visit, the manager has always been helpful in making sure the products I bought were exactly what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable, and gave advice relevant to my purchases. This quality of service has carried through to every visit to the store, making sure that every time I visit I leave happy and satisfied with my purchase, couldn't ask for better customer service. Product purchase SMOK mag kit and follow up products, coils, juice etc.
One of my top choices of vape shops it has everything I want and need. Staff are great and so helpful anything I wanna know he helps me loads.... Defo recommend always use this shop....quality juices.... Never been disappointed so 5 star is what I'll give this very friendly shop.
Used to be good but has gone downhill Bought a few things that were faulty from here. Every other store this happened to me with I could just swap it. These guys were the same but lately have been more like cex Having to test it all day and be told "it's fine" when it isn't and refusing to give me a replacement batrery. It's a shame to see it go this way because they used to be great of I had any issues. Since the guy with the beard left it really hasn't been the same
Excellent products, service and staff. The juice is tested and made with high quality food grade ingredients. Staff always helpful and willing to advise on products. I've been a customer 12 months + I wouldn't go anywhere else.
