Daughter really enjoyed it here but payment structure is strange. Set up direct debit which covered first month and polo shirt (which we never got), although she only attended 1 lesson which should have been a free taster?! They then took out the next month. She only attended one more lesson before she broke her arm and we decided to leave. They then took another payment to cover ‘a month in hand’, so basically I’ve paid £116.85 for 3 lessons. I attempted to sort it but not much help. Shame because it seems like a good place but really put me off.
