Came here for a birthday party - soft play is small and not the cleanest. Outdated. My daughter had a tummy bug the day after visiting.
From the start looks alright! Even the owner done sing and dance! Seemed fun place for the kids! But not the cleanest place, didn’t think much of it till 3 days after visiting and my child got really sick and ended up with foot and mouth disease! And me taking a week out of work! One of the staff young girl with dark hair couldn’t be bothered at the place and on the day after seeing her moan about delivery food to tables and moaning like she wanted to play instead, it put a downer on the day for us, won’t be going again…. Shame for the owner really seems a nice guy…
Used to come here every week. But came this morning and absolutely disgusting .has not been cleaned or anything put away. Toys in role play area are missing and there’s even a half eaten pizza in sensory area. Bare in mind this is 10am when the soft play opens so it’s from the night before
Booked my son's 8th party here. The nerf underground SWAT party. All the kids had a brilliant time. Nothing was much trouble for Collin or Lewis. Collin even made an appearance even after being in hospital. That is dedication. The food was lovely and everything ran as planned. Thank you so much for making Theos day special. ❤️
Brilliant place! VR for my eldest son, also soft play for my youngest but good enough for my eldest too. You can even get a kids hair cut and there's a baby sensory area. It's really clean and the food is great, staff are friendly and it's very clean. Will definitely be back.
My kids love this place and so do I. During lockdown we missed meeting our friends here. I’ve been to others where they seem to let too many in and it’s chaotic ! Easy to keep an eye on my kids as where they play isn’t near the exit ! Place is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and even know us by name now !
It a nice place, but... before we could come with our son and stay as much as we want. This year they have new rules. We came at 11:25 , paid the entrance to be told after that the session will be close at 12. So now they charge 5,20 £/ child for 35 min. I am not saying that should be like before, to stay as long as you want, but 5,20 £ for 35min is robbery. Also they said that you can order food till 15:30, to be told at 11:30 that they don't do food because the sesion close at 12. And is cold inside, i have to keep my jacket on. Usually we come here to have breakfast and stay about 2 hr. We will find a new place. They have 2 hr time slot, not 35 min!
Very lovely, clean and safe soft play for my 2 year old twins. I like the fact the place is small enough for little ones to get around without any huge scary slides. I like the events and the cafe is also good, really reasonable pricing. Thank you x
Great place. Friendly staff. Kids have a ton of fun. Suitable for all ages Fair prices and food n drink nice their too my son love’s coming here
Love this soft play! Perfect size for the younger kids, my daughter loves it and always makes new friends! Staff are also lovely and so are the drinks and food.
