Hosted my kids birthday party here and everyone had an amazing time. The play area was versatile and kids didn't want to leave. The food is quite decent with being reasonably priced.
We had such a great time. The place is super clean, safe, and full of fun and indoor playing. The staff is friendly, attentive. There’s plenty of space for parents to relax while the kids play, and even the food/snack area was well thought out. We’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely filthy. The whole place stinks of toilets. There is thick dust and dirt everywhere. Under the trampoline is diabolical with a good 10cm thickness of dust and mouse traps. There are insects crawling on the floor. There is no cleanliness whatsoever. This whole place needs gutting out and revamping. I wouldn’t even pay 20p to go here.
Visited today with my daughter and her friend. The place is lovely. Not overcrowded and enjoyable for the kids. Staff were very friendly and coffee was great! Also serve halal food which is a bonus. Price is also fair. I'll be visiting again with my kids.
The place is extremely dirty. There was a party going on in the party room which looked nicely decorated however I can only really comment on the soft play area which was filthy and really off putting. Noticed a few parents accompanying their kids in the 'toddler only area' with their shoes on, not acceptable and staff really should put a stop to this. Also kids of all ages were using the toddler area, again not acceptable as a few of the older kids were being extremely wild and hyper and a few times kicked our toddler whilst jumping around. Definitely would not visit again.
Attended when it was a quieter time, staff super friendly and helpful and the kids area being small was easier to keep an eye on both kids. While going through the soft play with the younger baby I did notice areas really grubby- even though the kids can't access them I still felt they should be looked after especially behind the trampoline area. Does make you wonder about other areas. Menu has good options reasonably priced. Ordered few items good size portions..me personally felt the quality of the food could have been better. Baby area could do with a revamp but I know things take time and this good be a great wee spot.
I went here today with my two 3 yr old grandchildren. Parking was free. It was warm, welcoming, the guys behind the counter were friendly and even brought my coffee to the table. The kids settled in very quickly making friends and playing happily and safely. It was clean and not too busy ( Monday 11-2) we had lunch. The menu was simple and prices were quite acceptable. We will definitely go again.
Celebrated my Little one’s birthday party here today. Staff were helpful and attentive, it was easy to book and organise. Soft play area is relatively small so it’s easy to keep an eye on the children. Quite affordable as well.
Went in today for the first time since its reopening. Was invited down by a friend. Much cleaner, better menu. Staff were on hand. Quiet between 10-11am perfect for our 2 year olds. Got busier around 11am but every mum was very friendly and was easy to make friends and meet like minded mums (even though im a dad). Good community feel
