Great play area for young children. Has both under 5 and over 5 areas. Place is set up well and staff are polite. Bathroom facilities are good, but can sometimes get a little dirty during peak times. Food is served here and they have a good selection. I try to visit during quieter times, as it can get very busy. My only complaint would be that it can be inconsistent with cleanliness. But overall, good experience.

Visited here for the 1st time with a toddler. I was impressed with the size of this centre and it seemed to accommodate for all age groups. I was disappointed with cleaning standards especially in the under 5s area. Their was so much dust which you could tell had been accumulating over months. The little one even got some dust in her mouth while she was playing. Hair and food bits all over the place which was not pleasant and a health risk. Not sure if I would visit again.

The policy they've chosen to uphold is absolutely absurd, my 12 year old daughter and my three sons to play together, they then told me that they could not allow my daughter to play as she was 'too old' upon asking them why adults were allowed onto the equipment they responded saying that 'parents are allowed to supervise'. Honestly it's ridiculous how they can allow fully grown adults to supervise their children but not my child to play. The logic really isn't there and I wouldn't recommend when a play place starts putting age limits on who's 'old enough' to play. Of course my 12 year old is too old to play but fully grown adults are free to play as much as they'd like.

I've been here a few times now for birthday parties that my kids have been invited to. They are accommodating, and from what I seen do a great job. Friendly staff who helped out a lot! Throwing a party here has been a lot of fun. Will visit here for the day to see how things are, but have high hopes. There is a lot to do, a few arcades as well for kids to play on, and plenty of soft play sections. It is great for toddlers too under 2 years old with their own separate sections. It was nice to see they have good AC here, especially in the summer days .... Well recommended .... My only little downside is the food prices and quality of food are talbot the best at the cafe .... but then again, you are not visiting this place as a restaurant ....

Impressed with the size of this soft play centre in Kings Heath. Probably one of the biggest of its kind in Birmingham South. There is a cafe inside serves food and drinks. The setting is bright and warm throughout. Cleanliness is fine, facilities look new and safe. The only downside is difficult to keep an eye on your running children due to its size. My preferred soft play centre now for my kids. Plenty of parking outside as well (free). Price wise I think tickets price is reasonable.

The place is in a terrible state of disrepair. It smells really musty in there, and there's just an overall feeling of it being grimey and grotty. Meant to take more pics but didn't get chance. However, just picture loads of stains on carpet and rips and tears in most of the soft play areas. Took my little one out of convenience but would not recommend.

A great soft play centre. Lots of space and a good mixture of areas for kids. Great size. Food selection is good but service can be a bit slow. Staff are kind.

I'm giving 5 starts just because I can't give more! Is not enough to express my gratitude to each person working at this place. They made my son's birthday a very special day, with their dedication and kindness, the manager, our lovely hostess Sarah, and each and everyone of them. THANK YOU GUYS. With all my heart, thank you very much! Christian loved every second.

Attended a birthday bash. Brilliant place for kids to run, jump, climb, crawl, slide, basically to really burn off alot of energy. The staff were really professional and accommodating. The children had a blast. Would definitely recommend.
