   Great service from the lady that was our guide on the day. Our party arrived late to start and they did their best to accommodate us with as much time as they could. We started before the second part of our party arrived and there were no issues with them being let in. We did the Dr Watson Room, and as advertised it was very hard but still enjoyable even though we were not able to complete it even with hints provided when we got stuck.

   Visited a couple of times now with different groups. Each room has been a unique experience and well crafted. Our guide Rob was super helpful when we all realised a puzzle had been ‘adjusted’ by a previous group. Latest visit was Watson’s office which did a great job of pushing the difficulty up enough to be a nice challenge.

   Today as a team we did the Jack the Ripper room in Birmingham and it was fantasticly creepy, exciting and kept us on our toes throughout. We loved it! Our game master Rob was fantastic too and really made the experince come to life! Thank you so much! We will defo be back!

   Our host was Alex and he was amazing. We did the jack the ripper room and it was so fun and scary. He dressed up as a pig and i accidentally headbutted him and he was so lovely about it (again i’m so sorry alex :) ). We all had such a fun time and he was so kind and lovely and helped us out a lot when we were stuck. Thank you again for everything we had so much fun

   Brilliant and fun! Went to the peaky blinders official room and staff were very friends and got in character so well. Dayna our hostess was brilliant and made the experience more fun. The room was set up well and very engaging. There was something for everyone to do. Would recommend!

   I have used the escape rooms and the meeting room spaces twice this year for team events. The escape rooms are great and all the staff involved are encouraging and helpful. The meeting room space worked well for our meeting and the lunch they powered in was great. Excellent value for the use of space, lunch and escape room experience. Highly recommend !

   Really good experience and we went as a group of 12. Staff were excellent and really got into character. The peaky blinders room was fairly easy compared to other escape experiences I'd done and it was more puzzle based than traditional codes and padlocks. Facility has a large waiting area which serves drinks whilst you wait or after you finish.

   My friends and I played Room 13 and we had an amazing time. This being our first escape room, it sure was a memorable and fun experience. The whole room was laid out so well to the point we felt like we were actually there, with the timer on the screen it made us feel a bit nervous. But we kept our hopes high that we will escape no matter what even though my friends said within 4 minutes of the game ‘we won’t be able to get out’. The horror theme was amazing and it did scare us throughout the game many times. Our game master ‘Naz’ helped us so much throughout the game, at times when we felt stuck or clueless. She is so kind and sweet in general and we really loved and enjoyed her company. Knowing it’s her last week and we won’t see her again, I wish her all the best. Thank you for making this a memorable experience for my friends and I, hope to be back here soon to try out other rooms.

   Me & 3 friends did "The Lab" and we did it with 4 minutes to spare, absolutely amazing I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of going. Great fun for a group of mates to do for a birthday or just for a fun thing to do! We were served by Josh and he was brilliant, gave us just a few clues to help us along and his service was amazing, 10/10 i will definitely be coming back again!
