I don’t normally do this, but this company is a scam, do NOT book to go here. I was gifted this as a surprise for my birthday where people had to travelled 2hours to join in on the celebration. We were given the time slot of 4pm on the 27/02/25. This was booked a month in advance and even got email confirmation that it was going ahead. We arrived 20 mins before the 15 minute notice and followed google maps to get there only to be met with a building with its shutters down, and no signs of life. Tried to ring the number associated with the company and it rang straight out, no option to leave a voice mail. This has left us with no way to get in contact nor get our money back. I think with that this way of business is unethical and appalling. This has been raised higher as no one else should suffer the same outcome.

DO NOT GO!!! Waste of time. The time starts when you enter the building not when the door closes. We still had 15 minutes on our time and wasn't able to finish the room. The props are very dated and you can barely read the numbers/words. The puzzles didn't flow it was all very random. One person managed 2 rooms and wasn't able to identify when we had completed tasks so we could continue with the next step. Awful wouldn't recommend.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not waste your money coming here. It is such a waste of time. The clues are random and the haunted hollows room does not make sense at all. Atleast the design and clues can be improved. The game only has two rooms for a whopping £27 per person and it does not deliver. The operators to support are very rude and had the worst time ever. It should be shut down.

Went to the Sherlock Holmes room. It was a difficult room (as advertised) but great quality puzzles and decoration. Unfortunately, the timing issue let the place down. It was explained to us that our time started at 4 regardless of the time we got into the room, one of our party was running late but we agreed he could jump in when he arrived so we didn't lose time. Staff disappeared before our room time and we had to request our room start, by which point it was gone 4. They then did all the introductions and explaining, which ate into the time. we got quite close to finishing, but the lights turned off and our game ended with almost 3 minutes left on the clock! We asked about this when our game master came back in, and they said it was because our hour was up, however one person in our party checked their watch and it was around 4:58. Altogether we probably lost about 5 minutes of game time despite arriving early. A real shame about the timings as the room itself was fantastic, one of the best I've been to. And our game master was friendly and helpful.

Did the cyber escape room, we were a group of 4 and the first interaction with the games master was a boring and “I’m only doing this because I have to” kind of feel to it. The room was boring and outdated and was in need of fixing multiple pads and clues. There wasn’t much for individual people in the group to do and we spent half the time staring at screens in a dark room feeling like we are doing homework than having fun. When asking for clues the games master wasn’t very helpful and if the answers to clues were obvious and not a multitude of possible numbers it would be better as well. Honestly wouldn’t bother coming back here again as all my other experiences everywhere else has been amazing. I hope this place can come back with better puzzles and ideas than just numbers into a keypad.

Right, im not sure why there is so many bad reviews. I took my 5 nieces, ages range from 13 - 18 and they had so much fun. Rules were explained, rooms were clean, puzzles were just right, yes some you cannot figure out yourself but a simple call on the walkie talkie and they give you simple, subtle clues. It was a fun evening. We left quite satisfied with the whole experience. Only negative i would say is maybe have start timer and a countdown clock in the room

Small space. Was great fun and worth going. Loads of puzzles however not many prompts so you don’t know where to start. Batteries weren’t working on our torches so couldn’t work properly, took longer to escape. Staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic or host like although were polite and helpful.

Loved it! Our games master did a great job getting us in the mood for the haunted hallows. Definitely recommend. Don't wanna say too much as it'll spoil the experience for you. But it was well worth it.

Went as a group for a bit of fun and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Games were available before entering the room like Jenga and chess including refreshments. We did the WW2 themed room and had lots of fun. Big up my man Keith best game master and made the escape room 10x better. Overall 5/5 experience.
