I’ve been coming here with my daughter for the last couple of weeks now! The entry price is extremely reasonable for this day and age, there is ample seating and the play area itself is quite large and well put together with lots of stuff to do for the kids! I can’t believe how well priced the food is, with kids meals costing just a couple of pounds and they are actually really quite nice. I myself had six eggs with four toast and beans for just £5, everything on the plate was as It should be and well presented! Even things like crisps, chocolate and drinks are not overpriced as you find in most places these days. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they keep the place neat and tidy as well as making sure all the tables are cleared and cleaned! It does get quite busy in here and you can see why because of the great value and the facilities for the kids to enjoy. I will be coming here again and it will be a regular staple of my day whenever I go to Stourbridge from now on

Very attentive staff, lovely hot food &drinks,.Parents were told to ensure children complied with the safety rules whilst playing ,eg,not running up the slides,or little toddlers left to play in football cage for older children. The member of staff in charge spoke authoritatively over the tannoy and parents did stop looking at their phones and get up to go see what their children were up to,which was very reassuring for the safety &enjoyment of everybody there.Lovely soft play&been there many times and had child's birthday party there ,which was hosted marvellously by the same lady that was in charge on the day we just went. She interacted very well with the children, playing games with them to get their attention and completely ran the party excellently. On our most recent visit to the soft play she even gave us directions to another entertainment venue close by that we were worried about as we couldn't find it.

Place wasn’t very pleasant or clean. The play area is ok and keeps kids entertained. I remember going there when I was younger and really enjoyed it. Good spot for children’s birthday parties and good amount of seating for parents. Please make sure that your children aren’t trying to fight other children. Last time I went there with a relative and their kids to help supervise and after about 5 minutes in the play area their daughter ran out of the play area crying her eyes out. A couple of little boys about 8 years old were running around scratching and pushing other children. Play areas are great for letting your children run around, have fun and burn of some energy but if you know your child is going to behave in such a way then please don’t let them go into the play areas unsupervised. The soft play itself was quite dirty and the food was ok. The floor was really dirty and the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped in weeks. Quite loud inside and smelled weird.

We attended our grandson's birthday party here and we must say how well the staff arranged everything. The children attending all had an hours play in the soft play area, before being called into the special party room where loads of food and drinks were available. The staff were superb, started the celebrations and we can certainly recommend them. The soft play area is well maintained and separated into areas for three age groups, such as under 5 and under three. They have an area to buy refreshments and at very reasonable prices.

The staff have been so helpful and accommodating. The only soft play I take my kids as it’s the cleanest and most accessible. The gaps are made big enough so that you can go up with your kids if they need some help or just want you to go with them. Also has a good area for under 5s and babies, which I find most places don’t have. Thank you for a lovely party for my son today he had a great time x

My first experience has been so nice and positive that I would recommend all my friends and family members to visit it. The receptionist very kind, friendly, good mannered, well educated, good looking and open minded. In my first visit I felt that I know this place for years. All the staff excellent. Only I would suggest that the centre needs a bit of renovation in playing materials and lighting decorations. Over all a bit of new changing wouldn't be a bad idea to attract the public.....our best wishes to all of you...
