   Long story regarding issues with a B&D Mouse sander that needed fixing or repairing after just a few months light use. Purchased from Homebase just before they closed, so I no longer had the option to take it back. Instead I found Powertech who are authorises by B&D to do repairs etc. I contacted them my email describing the problem and was asked to box the Mouse up as best I could and they would send out a UPS courier to collect the next day. Sure enough it was taken back. Just over a week later I contacted Mitch, who was dealing with the request, to get an update. He told me that the sander needed replacing and that it would be with me in the next couple of days. The following day it was delivered, again by UPS. Fantastic service from start to finish from Mitch and Powertech, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and trouble free service.

   Unfortunately these guys have lete down after being initially helpful. They sent me a blade clamp but with the wrong screws. I phoned them back only to find out I need to pay for the new screws when it was their mistake. Waste of £15 for a useless part and a waste of a fair amount of my time! (Could have bought the clamp and screws for less from eBay for less money)

   I visited today with an issue on a stanley brush cutter (purchased elsewhere) and the very helpful staff repaired it in no time at all and as it was under warranty didn't cost a penny! All completed whilst I waited no more than 20minutes to get it from never being able to start to running like a dream. Staff there are really friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend! Thank you
