Great service by the guys at ATS in Frodsham. I took my sons car for a couple of new tyres, the wheels were siezed on the rear brake drums but they dealt with it no problem. Would recommend.
The team at ATS Helsby is very customer oriented. Always keen to help, they go the extra mile undertaking the work with a smile and always trying to get the best deal for the customer. I have used them for very many years and will continue to do so!
Steff is so polite his customer service is 5star, worked on my son's MOT. Gave great advice too. Highly recommend.
Staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I was informed how long the job would take and it was done ahead of time. Prebooking and having your information to hand as their website asks, always helps the process.

Would recommend to anyone - A fantastic garage with great staff and a professional approach. I had a tyre blowout not far from this garage and managed to limp here (I was on my way to work so time was of the essence!) They kindly took my car straight in and had a brand new, balanced tyre on within 20mins - Really nice selection of tyres as well. I made it to work just in time and all was good! Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived as they were closing with a damaged tyre and only an emergency spare. They booked the car in for first thing the next day, even though they were flat out, and even gave us a lift home! The repair was done quickly and efficiently and the price was better than we thought it would be.
Quick, efficient, make sure you know what's what before starting. Pointed out the miniscule stone chip on my wheel before turning a spanner to make sure I was aware of it. Actively pointing customers at how to make their tyre bill cheaper. Full set of Michelin ps4s sorted and at the right pressures etc inside 40 minutes.
Very helpful and friendly service. Had 4 tyres changed, the staff kept me informed of progress and returned car to parking lot. Happy customer.
