I came here on a busy saturday with my girlfriend and was served by Abbie who was very nice, Izzy and Abbie, Aj and Amo and Andrea and Ken all of the staff are lovely and very accommodating. We ordered food and it came fresh and hot. :)
Impromptu late afternoon fun with the family. Great venue, loads of fun, good value for money - would definitely return. Only grumble would be the challenging parking - but we managed.
We had a great time with our family of 15, ranging from under 10s to over 60s in age. The arena is spacious, has great hide out & sniper posts. The smoke adds to the excitement & with the right people, this is a very enjoyable, high octane activity. The staff were great, in particular Priya - friendly, accommodating & flexible. She is an asset to the company as she has great customer service skills. Thank you for making our session run so well.
Had my son’s party here. Children loved it, plenty of water and squash provided whenever we wanted more. Pizzas were lovely , with enough for all children. We’d definitely book again
Brilliant for the kids to let of some steam. Relatively good price for a standard game. Really enjoyed it and great for all the family. Plenty of room throughout the arena. Definitely going again soon.
It was fun for kids as well as adults. There were team building groups playing too from a company. Which seems like a great fun with colleagues.
Arena was cool, however most sensors on the guns weren't working and one didn't even shoot out lazers or work. Just shot out blanks like a saggy 60 yr old man
This laser quest is very run down and the laser packs are very heavy for children. We had a good time but it definitely needs some money spending on it to bring it up to the standard of other laser tag outlets. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Kids loved it. Bit chaotic at times and no where near enough seats for all the parents waiting for the party kids to come back out. Staff seem pleasant and the drinks aren't a rip off which is nice
Overall I had a good experience. On the day the person serving me was nice and polite. When you phone to redeem the groupon and book the game, the person who answered clearly did not want to be there. I had a fun time but the place is really in need of a refurbishment. I am now 31 years old and I remember coming to this place when I was 11 and it's exactly the same. The toilets have tiles coming off the wall, a flimsy door, it's really quite bad. The seating area where you can get drinks hasn't changed either. Old grubby carpets. old table and chairs. It looks really run down. If you are thinking of hosting a birthday party here, I wouldn't. Just come for the game and have your party else where. Even though the arena hasn't changed in 20 years, it is still a really good arena, with many different levels and ramps. As I mentioned I had a good time once playing the game but the place looks really tired. It has so much potential.
