   The staff at the Billesley Ark are very helpful and we have a food pantry every tuesday from half nine till twelve and dinner club on a wednesday at 12 o'clock and breakfast club on Fridays morning at ten o'clock

   Went to halloween event after it was hyped up on their flyers to sound like a good evening out with my daughter, she got dressed up as it was a fancy dress competition, but when we got over there and payed the £7 to get in I felt it was over hyped to the max, yes there was tiny little kids games to play for ages of 6 downwards, which wasn’t stated, after my daughter had a go on the free games twice which took all of 5 minutes that was it nothing else to do. The food was a choice of a hot dog or a burger and a drink of those old 10p cartons of pop. I feel they way. Way over hyped it just to get kids to pay. It was not worth the money. Next time I will ring and check exactly what is going on before I pay anything.

   Halloween party very disappointing. Leaflet made it sound extremely fun, explaining what would be going on and much more but nothing else more. A few parents felt the Halloween costume competition was unfair giving it to kids that were felt sorry for rather than children that had put a lot of effort into there costumes and looked better. Was definitely for under 6 year olds not much enjoyment for older than that. Many people left early cus they said everything was done in half hour and not worth staying. Price of tea was cheap only good thing really. A lot of disappointed people. Shame could have been made a lot better.

   Nice for a family event especially when you have children they can also use the outerspace for the children to have fun and run around also carpark. Nice new automatic slide doors put in wasn't there last time when I visited
