Went to see about diagnosis availability and price. Told them what the problem was and the mechanic took a look straightaway and within minutes fixed all the problems and at a very reasonable price too. Will definitely be returning in the future. If you have a vauxhall go here!
Long story short, I was having a problem with my Aircon not blowing cool air back in January 24. Took it to a mainstream garage paid a small fortune and packed in again after a week. Took it for a second opinion to an Aircon specialist who said it's my evaporator and will be a big job. Asked at Andy Stockton autocare to have a look, checked over no leaks UV dye added with a regas and brought back a week later to check. No leaks were found Pleased to say it's almost 4 months now and running as cool as the day they did my regas. Thank you so much Andy Stockton Autocare, and I'm thankful I have a garage I can trust and rely on. I always recommend friends and family to come here since my problem was fixed.
After having an issue with the gear linkage in my car, spending hundreds of pounds on recovery and a mobile mechanic to be told I would have to take the car to their garage and being quoted a hefty sum for this,I found Andy through word of mouth. What a gent he is! He took time to listen to what the issue was, looked at my car and showed me exactly what the problem was and quoted me a competitive price. Not only that, he managed to get the job done way sooner than I expected, getting me back on the road ASAP! Couldn’t recommend him more! Will definitely be going back to him in the future!
Cannot recommend this place enough! Car failed its MOT and the dealership said it would take weeks to fix the faults. Took it to Andy and the team and they sorted it in under a week and at a fraction of the price to what the dealership wanted to charge me! If I could give 10/5 Stars I would, they went above and beyond, absolute legends!!!
Great service. I've been here 3 times over the last few years. The first two were straightforward, once for a service and the other for new ignition coil and sparks. In and out, no problem. The most recent was for a drop in power and a strange knocking sound, no warning lights. Dropped the car off with a few others in front of me. Got a call around midday to inform what he thought the issue would be, the cost, and to verify the go-ahead on the work. An hour and a half later, it was done. I came to collect the car and it's as smooth as the day I got it. I am always happy with the service received here and will always be my first call for any auto repair work.

I traveled down from Scotland to get a broken manifold stud removed from the head on my VXR. Fixed in a few hours and for a great price as well! Definitely worth the 7 hour round trip; brilliant garage.
