We held a 4th birthday party at The Bridge House, and would highly recommend this venue for an under 5's birthday. We had good support and communication before the day, and on the day all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The children thoroughly enjoyed the party, there was plenty of items to keep them entertained. The area set aside for food worked really well, and while we brought our own food we did purchase hot drinks and food. All were delicious and again we would recommend the cafe for a visit.

On 24th August, I had my baby shower at The Bridge House. During the build up the shower, the communication and support from the team was great and made organising the event really simple. On the day, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size too. Lots of us ended taking cup cakes home. The venue was perfect for a baby shower. Plenty of tables and space for photos and playing games too. I would highly recommend The Bridge House for a baby shower.

So friendly, great for babies who attend the classes. Possibly one of my favourite groups!

We hired the room last minute for a baby shower after being let down else where. The communication leading up was excellent. The space, cost and service one the day was so reasonable, attentive and made the even a success. Thank you. I highly recommend for functions and just for the cafe ☺️

The Bridge House is a fantastic place- we've attended the Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes and plan to try a few more. They are lovely small groups which is perfect when you are adjusting to being a new mum. The cafe downstairs is brilliant and made it easy for us mum's to go for a drink after the groups. Would highly recommend!

We stopped off for coffee and lunch. We all had a sandwich platter which was well presented and generous in size. Our 2yr old granddaughter had a lovely time playing in the small play area that is in the main eating area. There was a bring and buy sale in the larger play area but our granddaughter was happy in the little play kitchen. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff, clean and warm. We'll pop in again when visiting Stourbridge.

A great haven for new parents. Recently completed their baby yoga course which was lovely to see not only my son develop so quickly week to week, but the small sized class was really welcoming!

We have used the cafe, stay and play and also baby sensory room on several occasions (even had my eldests 2nd birthday party here). It's a great venue, but today the staff all went above and beyond helping with my 2.5yrs old while I needed to attend to my 5month old. Today started out so stressful. I'm so glad we had a last min decision to pop into the cafe for lunch as it turned into a brilliant afternoon at stay and play.

A hidden gem, we had a private party here on Sunday. Staff were amazing, warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us all. They had set up the venue lovely and were on hand and looked after us so well. I can't sing their praises enough. Will definitely be returning here again

Visited this venue many times, previously we hired a room for our daughters birthday but on this occasion we attended a funny bones Halloween workshop. Organiser put in a great effort to entertain kids and involve everyone. Only downside to this place can be the other customers, often find alot of the 'stourbridge' mums are too busy chatting to keep an eye on what they're children are doing. Unfortunately this time around it was a mother who upset us, she walked through the cafe and kicked my daughter's high chair without so much of an acknowledgement, let alone an apology. Sadly some of these parents nor children appear to know how to behave. Despite an obvious 'middle to upper class' appearanc. Have to say, the staff at Bridge House are consistently excellent, cafe staff also really patient and provide fantastic service. They make this venue worth visiting every time.
