This place is amazing and spacious. It's not just a soft play area; there are a lot of different toys for kids to play with. It's specifically for under 5s, so you don't need to worry as much that older kids will run your little one over. Food is freshly made and tastes really nice. The only downside is that normal sessions are only available on weekdays, as weekends are reserved for parties. However, sometimes there are normal sessions available on weekends if you follow them on Facebook; they always announce if they will have normal play sessions available on a weekend.

Great soft play for young children under 5, so much to do. There has been a lot of thought gone into everything - soft play, paw patrol, peppa pig, farmyard, role play, literally everything! Nice selection of food and drinks from the cafe, staff were really nice and polite and to top it off they made the effort of bringing all the children together at the end for a sing a long it was lovely! Will definitely be coming here often ❤️

I was very sad to see most soft play centres are full to the brim with older children running around and I needed a safe place for my 1 year old to engage in soft play. This place is brilliant. Calm atmosphere, clean, organised and strict numbers per session! I thought it was very good value for money. My little one loved it and I am so happy to have found a facility catered towards young children specifically.

Me and my 2 year old Daughter absolutely love Little Lobsters. It really is an amazing place for young children to let there imaginations go wild and play with a variety of toys and sections. There is a ball pit, soft play with slide, Pirate Ship, Peppa Pig toy section, dolls house play, dinosaur play, baby toy section. And a dressing up section, Doctor and Dolls section and many many more. Charlie enjoys playing in them all and interacting with the other children there too. The food and drink prices are excellent. The cakes are to die for, and they have even put Ice Cold Lattes on the list now in the hot weather. Just perfect. It is always clean in there and the staff always walk around near the end resetting all the toys back into their section. And approx 10 minutes from the end they put on a little singing and dancing session along with musical instruments for the children to play. (Although my daughter sees this as an opportunity to play with all the toys on her own then, while bobbing along to the musical playing) The staff are all so friendly, we go at least once a week now and they are always so chatty and welcoming. I genuinely wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They also have special sessions, such as Gardening sessions, water play sessions, Christmas Events, Mother's Day Events, Father's Day events, craft sessions. They really truly do think of everything. And what is really special is they alternate and put in new toys so sometimes Charlie walks in and gets excited when she sees new sections to explore. Such as Paw Patrol, toy guitars and a Tea Trolley to push around. They really do think of everything and the attention to detail is brilliant. Would highly recommend to all. 5* from us.

Absolutely amazing soft play and role play centre. Have had two birthday parties here over the last 12 months and both have been brilliant. Cleanest children's play area I've ever seen. Fantastic knowledge of allergies, making sure all of the children were catered for despite complex allergies. Thank you so much. We won't be able to book you next year because she's too old now but we'll miss our little lobsters parties. Worth every penny. Most friendly and helpful staff too.

We have recently had our sons 4th birthday party and it was absolutely faultless. The dolphin package was absolutely perfect, the hosting, food, venue was just perfect. Thank you for making it such a stress free, enjoyable day :)

Beautiful spacious play centre, not a full soft play centre such as Scallywags, Chilly Kids. A good balance of toys, soft play areas and role play areas. Simple cafe with plenty options on the menu. Well kept and clean. Pre Book your timed play session to avoid disappointment. Update December 2022. Lost stars due to recent visit. Visited again in December and our visit left a sour taste. We visited out of term time with our 2 daughters one of whom is older than the advised age of the play centre. We booked and paid for everyone, but didn't enquire about our eldest daughter attending, circumstances meant that it was convenient to visit this play centre due to being in the area that day. When we arrived we checked in and was asked how old our eldest daughter was and told in no uncertain terms that she shouldn't be entering the play centre, the lady with blonde hair was rude and tactless in how she spoke to us, to the point it made our eldest daughter feel self conscious. The lady said in future do not bring our oldest daughter and do not book for her to attend. As many parents will understand, it's difficult to cater for siblings of different ages at times. Our daughter is mature and responsible as well as being supervised at all times. She posed no danger to the apparatus and or younger children. She was there to play with her younger sibling. While we've visited this play centre numerous times, we've noted children playing unsupervised as parents are preoccupied chatting or drinking coffee, children damaging toys or colouring on tables, eating food on the play area and no staff member has raised these behaviours with the parents. While playing on soft play area, we were observed by said blonde haired lady, we felt this action was completely over the top and uncalled for in this scenario. To top things off as we were leaving another family arrived with a girl who was a similar to my eldest daughter. This entire experience has completely soured our view of the play centre, and if we have our eldest daughter or not we will be reluctant to visit in the future, despite my wife and youngest daughter having visited approx 10 times. Usual staff member, elder lady who sings at the end of the play session was welcoming and friendly as usual, recognising my partner and daughter from previous visits.

Excellent toddler and baby soft play -variety of activities for children and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Great value for money, fab cafe and one of the best in the area - our grandsons love it!

This is one of the best play cafes I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, the facilities are always clean and there are fab toys for babies and toddlers. It’s a big space, so it never feels crowded. The coffee is nice and there is a good range of snacks and meals. It’s a staple ‘day out’ with my little ones!

Took my Daughter here for the first time today and she absolutely loved it. We've been looking for a new play area to go to for a while which isn't full of older children knocking her down and after going here today I will certainly be taking her back. The staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly. Such a lovely play area !
