We took 7 children here on Saturday as a group. 3 of the younger children have additional needs. They all had a fantastic time, the music volume wasn’t overwhelming and the venue was small enough that we could see the children at all times but large enough for them to run around and enjoy the equipment. We travelled 20 miles to visit and will definitely be making the journey again.

Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as other guests on google, on entry there were delays due to a lack of organisation. One family wanted a refund because their 3 year old had ADHD and wouldn’t sit through the video, a video my 3 year old had no understanding of but because of insurance a “3 year old has to sit and watch it” This refund couldn’t be processed because the “manager” is on holiday and apparently they are the only ones that can process a card refund and it would be a few weeks before could be done? Surely you would train a supervisor to be able to do this in your absence? Or maybe the holiday was more important than the customer? Once we finally got entry we was approached by the same lady that couldn’t process a refund to try and tell me the age of my son? Then we were told he didn’t have authorised socks on for trampolining? He was wearing socks from Bounce UK that have 3 trampoline parks? I’m sure they are more than authorised. We said we had some spare socks from Rush trampoline park that have two parks across the UK but still no we had to purchase theirs? Although the two signs at the edge of the park don’t explain this? I think new signs may need to be made as you can see. Instead we had to spend even more money purchasing more trampoline socks. The park was very clean and may have been a better experience with the manager in but it was an an absolute shambles of organisation and I would not recommend to any friends and family.

We attended today with 4, 7 and 11 year olds (plus my 56 year old Dad) and so much fun was had by all!! Fantastic place, with safe fun, exceptional customer service and a wonderful cafe and viewing area. Today was standard entry for us, but next year I’ll be booking a party! This is one of the cleanest venues I’ve attended and the staff were amazingly helpful and vigilant. Thank you No Limitz and a personal thank you to Lorraine!

Great place for kids and adults to have fun. The price is very decent (£11.00/h) , they also have a caffe place (upstairs) from where you have a perfect view to supervise your child. The staff is friendly and very helpful in case you have any queries.

Took my daughters here today. They had a great time really enjoyed it,and will be back for more. Only thing to remember is the parking not brilliant but just be sensible when parking.

Seems like management/owner do not understand Health & Safety rules as our boy of 5 almost 6 was allowed on without adult supervision at a party he was invited too, but recently we were told an extra fee was needed as his 5 and requires supervision. When my partner challenged this she was told this shouldn’t have happened and was the party organisers fault which is complete nonsense as it is the company’s duty of care and not anyone else’s. This is a greedy money grabbing organisation who will pass the blame when they are in the wrong.

Health and safety disregarded when suits them! My son of 5 went to a party in November last year, he was allowed on the equipment without my supervision. I was not given any guidance on the fact he was under 6 so I needed to be present with him on the trampoline! Booked in recently only to be told this! When I questioned them on the fact that he was allowed in November the manager laughed and was suitably rude! She was so rude in fact she blamed the parents of the child who’s party it was that it was UP TO THEM, to inform me not the company!!! Shocking cancelled our session as if that was overlooked what other safety precautions are being missed!

Had my daughters party here and all the guests enjoyed. Very helpful staff who were very flexible when people pulled out due to illness. Good trampoline park for parties with good party room/food. Also very helpful with guests nut allergy concerns.

We have had birthday party held here and was well organised staff was helpful. Wasn't crowded but was busy. Kids enjoyed it and that's all matters. £175 for 10 kids (package) including socks jumping food and unlimited squash it was worth it and definitely do it again.
