    I have a Bu-Ko 52cc multi garden tool.....a real budget kit but I could never justify the good stuff! Last year after cutting 20m 3m high hedge I was spent but the tool kept cutting out. I visited Turners and they said mixture too rich and fitted a new spark plug. It's worked great ever since. Recently I sharpened the chain saw ok but wanted a new one. Again I visited Turner who made one up to the perfect size and at a very good price. Sourcing the exact chain was difficult and I didn't trust the internet. Chainsaw works like new. Fantastic service....MERRY CHRISTMAS!

    I called the shop enquiring about tools I would need to replace a door lintel. The gentleman I spoke to, I think he was called Paul (?), was very helpful. The gentleman who served me when I picked up and dropped off the item was also personable. There is a large car park across from hire shop, it is very easy to get to. They took a £50 deposit off my card when I collected the item, which was a strongboy, and on returning the Strongboy the cost of the hire was deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit was refunded back to my account within a few days. The hire cost of the Strongboy was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use Turner Hire again.

    Definitely not recommended told £150 deposit would be returned in 3-5 working days, 3 wks later still not returned, decided to chase up and said item was returned damaged but never even notified us to dispute this and driver didn't tick they was damaged on pickup. lesson learnt will not use this company again and certainly not recommend to others.
