These kind people checked my car over today and didn’t end up charging me a penny. I had a light on the dash that had gone off but needed a proper diagnostic. Nothing came up on it but they informed me it’s a problem due to a cam sensor. They have advised I take it to the garage that fitted a new cam belt in Jan 25 as it’s still under guarantee. Thank you for the honesty. Won’t hesitate to use your garage again.

Such a lovely team!!! Came in panicking about my coolant tank, the guys gave it a look and figured out the problem on the spot and got it all sorted for me in time to get home as I’m not from the area! I’d also just lost my two washer jet covers to the baboons in the Knowsley safari Park and they replaced them for me too! Went above and beyond to help, couldn’t have found a better garage! They were my heroes!! Definitely recommend!!

Very disappointing! I called them and they told me that they booked me for an MOT , and I cancelled all the other choices that I had and taken their word as a promise and that was just before Christmas where everything was shutting down, the next day when I brought my car they surprisingly said : You don’t have a booking ! They said that the one who booked me in was “ the printer “ and not “ the mechanic “ .. Do each one of these guys work alone ?!! I can not be disappointed anymore, now it is Christmas time and I can’t find anyone to do MOT for my car and that will cost me a fortune paying for taxis as I am working as a doctor in a busy A+E ward and will be on-call throughout the Christmas !
